Based on Peanut Butter M&M Blondies by Melanie M.
As I am vegetarian I cannot eat M&M's so the only thing I did differently in this recipe was miss out the M&M's. The estimated baking time for these was 25 minutes but I took mine out between 20 - 23 minutes and they were perfect. So moist and extremely more-ish.
