Step 1Using the We R Memory Keepers Pillow Box Punch Board, a pillow box template, or a pre-made pillow box, make a utensil holder by trimming off the tops of a red, white or blue pillow box. Decorate your utensil holder with patriotic scrapbook embellishments. Wrap your party utensils in a paper napkin, and slide them into the utensil holder.

Step 2Using a die cutting machine, or the Lucky 8 Punch from We R Memory Keepers, make a decorative placemat from red, white, or blue 12x12 cardstock. Place it under your plate on the table.

Step 3Decorate a set of clean, empty mason jars with red, white, blue or gold paper. Add some decorative paper straws and your party drink.
