Paper Decorations

Based on Paper Decorations by brooke M.
I made these paper pompoms with very thin rice paper.

step 1: pile 5 sheets of very thin paper ( individual layers of tissues, crêpe-paper, ricepaper )

step 2; Fold the paper 'stair-wise/gradually' about 2 cm wide. You'll end up with a stip.

step 3: make a round cut at both ends of the strip

step 4: punch a hole in de middle of the folded paperstrip and pull a wire through the hole so the paper won't unfold. Then tighten the wire and make a loop where you can hang the pompom.

step 5 : unfold both sides of te strip and pull out the different layers of paper.

step 6: Hang the pompoms where ever you like :)
