Recycle old frames and create something new!
It's best to use wooden frames for this project. Plastic frames don't keep the paint as well and it may scratch off over time.

  • Step 1

Gather all frames and take out the glass.

  • Step 2

Paint the frames front and back (Some frames allow you to see the inside/back from certain angles) and let dry.
Some frames may need a few coats.

  • Step 3

Hang your frames in any fashion you'd like!

Thank you for posting this. I've seen it before but its a great project to put on my to do list. Over the years I've gotten sets of matching frames, so now I've got like 10 different styles & colors that I'd like to paint all one or two colors so they match Happy. I actually get stuff done if I put it on my KOAK to make list lol so thanks again Happy happy holidays.~ Crystal
