I've made it years ago. I thought it would worth posting it :) It's simple but flashy.
This is my first How To. I hope it will be clear.

You Will Need

Step 1Cut one side of the top, so you can lay out it.

Step 2Cut out a shape like this.

Step 3Use the shape above to cut out the first shape's reflection.

Step 4Now you have to shapes.
Make a hole for your middle finger. -
Step 5Try them on.
It's important to make it from an elastic fabric. -
Step 6Pin it if you've found the size you want.

Step 7Now sew together the two ends of the fabric.
And that's it!
