well, you should take off the 'hats', make a needle hole, put that metal string through it and glue it in the inside of the 'hat'. than glue an acorn, and vuolia, thats it :>

such an adorable idea! How did you attach the nuts to the earring hooks? did you use glue?

I wish that I had seen these earlier because I had about a million and a half acorns on my driveway. Now I have something to look forward to for next fall!!!
