  • How to make a handbag. No Sew Bag - Step 1
    Step 1

Get about 2yards of fabric and lay it out- Longways. (if that's a word. :P)

    Step 2

Fold it in half and cut(on the side with the open ends) along those black lines. It should leave you with 2 triangles.

    Step 3

You have to tie one knot on the short ends, where the arrows are pointing.

    Step 4

That is what your bag should look like now.

Now, you have to cross the handles over each other and grab your cord/string /ribbon I used 3 yards of cord. Start where the cords are crossed over. Do one knot and then begin wrapping the cord or string around the handles. Double knot it at the end of the cord.

    Step 6

this is sort of what the handle should look like. I did a really bad job. :P

    Step 7

If you want to add decorations, you can use cord(if you have any left over) or you can use strips from the triangles you cut out.

    Step 8

At the side knots of the bag, take the strips or cord, and double knot it around the big knots.

    I'm sorry if that's a bit confusing.

Now, take the wire and wrap it around the bottom of the strips and the stick parts of the feathers.

    Step 10

On the other side of the bag you could add some more feathers, but I added beads, to give it a sort of beachy/summer fun look.
