    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

    Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, salt and white chocolate.

    Bring to a boil and immediately turn down the heat, stirring frequently.

    Cook on low heat until the mixture is smooth and all the chocolate is melted, about 3-4 minutes...

    and remove from heat.

    Mix in the confectioners’ sugar with an electric mixer.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour into a baking dish (approximately 8″ by 8″) and refrigerate for at least an hour, or until firm, and then cut into pieces.

looks yummy but does anyone know if you can change the peanut butter for something else? Because I love fudge but hate peanutbutter!

12 tbsp butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate, broken into small pieces
3 cups powdered sugar

it looks like at least 3 heaping table spoons,I'm sure just a pinch of salt, and maybe a cup of white chocolate. I'm just going to do a bunch and go with it ;) trial and error and what not
