yeah, so its basically some thick paper, cut in a circle + made conical with decorations. Not sure when i'd ever use them, but i want to. x

just joined and I really like fascinators. I haven't made one but this does inspire me. Very clever idea with pasties, although I am a bit old to wear them. thanks for showing one that isn't costly. I need practice.
