i made it twice add it with allmost every thing like: burgers ,grills ,sandwiches.

Step 1first melt some butter and lettel oil in a pan.

Step 2slice fresh mushroom and add it to the butter.

Step 3give it a stir.

Step 4till it gets golden put some salt.

Step 5now u can see the juices coming out of the mushrooms.

Step 6melt about 1 teaspoon in a cup of cold water.

Step 7at first its white within minute it gets golden brown.
-
Step 8till this colour you put about 1 teaspoon of suger.

Step 9finally the corn flour makes the mixture thick.

Step 10now see how i use it in sandwiches first u take a buttered slice of bread.

Step 11second layer put a slice of smoked turkey.

Step 12on the turkey we put cream cheese(any cheese u prefer.

Step 13put a latus leaf and then put the cheese on as a glue
-
Step 14put slice of murtadella,now add the mushroom that we made earlier and finish ur sandwich with another slice of bread butterd by cream cheese.

Step 15voila ..!
