You Will Need

Step 1
soak Popsicle sticks in water for an hour or so until pliable

Step 2Cut two notches on either side of the popsicle stick

Step 3Shape the softened popsicle stick into a bow shape
-
Step 4Use fishing line as your "bow".

Step 5Add some notches at the bottom of your q-tip arrows so they can sit on the "bow" better.

Step 6add soem fun designs to your new bow...it makes it look cooler!
