    Gather your materials and plug in your hot glue gun.

    Cut an 18" strip of ribbon (check measurement against your own head to be sure it will fit right).

    Cut a 1" piece from your scrap ribbon and set it aside.

    With your hot glue gun, apply glue to both ends of ribbon (about a 1/2" of glue). Place a scrap 1" strip of ribbon over the glue, connecting the headband securely.

    Place giant flower pin about 4" in from the end of the ribbon (or, if you made a hot mess with your hot glue gun, place over the closure). Pin in place.

    Let dry/cool. Now, try it on!
