  • How to make a hanging garland. Mantle Hanging - Step 1
    Step 1

    you will cross the branches and tape them together with electrical tape. as I did in the photo. It is kind of hard to see.. but just below each paper towel is tape. basically the tape keeps them together in the shape you made and secure them well.
    Optional: you can wrap wet cloths around to "water" them, or keep em moist.

    Now you can hang them. If you can peer just above the red ribbon there is a screw. That is how I hung it.
    Note: this is not normally a secure way to hang this. I take risks and do things my own way (generally a bit frightening and shocking), so be super safe when hanging these, please.

    Next you will add lights and ornaments if you like. but be free with your ideas. These are just old family ornaments that I love.
    And my Papa and Grandma and Mama used those bells outside my window when I was a kid (and I heard Santa's Sleigh on the roof;)
    They hang every Christmas.....
