I wanted to make my friend George something Steampunk themed and yet try to keep it masculine so went with a little cuff decorated with cogs and a little Poe calligraphy for good measure :)

You Will Need

Step 1Make your cuff, I butchered an unwanted charity shop bag for my buckle/popper fastening and the only reason I added the edging was because the edge of the vinyl was ugly.

Step 2
I've got freaky serial killer-esque handwriting in real life (think ransom note) so the most nerve racking part for me was the writing. It's not as clear as I would have liked, need a less shakey hand and finer nib I think, but reads -
"All that we see or seem... Is but a dream within a dream" -
Step 3
I finished it off with a flurry of cogs and then backed it with a scrap of butchered handbag lining as I wanted it to be comfy not scratchy.
