Light Bulb Vase

I had just replaced a bulb less than a week ago so this project had perfect timing.

Breaking the black glass proved a bit tricky. I actually went outside and carefully banged it onto the concrete.

I didn't have an alan wrench handy but I did happen to have a phillips head screwdriver (was just working on the computer lol). That worked just fine to break the inner parts.

I went outside to find some wildflowers and balanced my bulb on a shot glass.

And ta-da! Here is vase. Now where's my gold star?
