Step 1These thumbtacks are covered with decorative paper.
Just glue to tack, then trim off excess and seal.

Step 2This one is covered with fabric.
Use quick grab adhesive to attach fabric, clip edge and wrap to back, glue down. -
Step 3These are made by coating tack with adhesive, then swirl yarn until covered, tuck end of yarn under.

Step 4These are made in crochet.
Chain 2.
6 sc in 2nd ch from hook.(6)
2 sc in each sc.(12)
1 sc in next ch, 2 sc in next ch.
(repeat around)(18)
1 sc in each ch.(18)
Weave thread through each chain, place on tack, pull tight, finish off.
