Version of leopard "nail painting" tutorial by AKdesign. Used fluro pink nail polish, baby blue dots with black dot surrounds. Used fluro green with baby blue and black dots. Used LA nail art polish. You can get them for $5 each at The Warehouse for all you NZers out there :)
