For the bombs just make an amigurumi ball, you can find a great tutorial on youtube or online for a written pattern.
For the bag is the exact same as the bag, but instead of decreasing just keep making it long as if you were making a long beanie. Fasten off when you reach desired length, string in a rope and tie it.
As for top part of the bomb,
magic ring
R1:6 sc
R2:inc
R3:sc, inc
R4:back loop only sc around
R5-7: sc around
fasten off, sew onto the top of the ball after it's stuffed.
