Create some spooky Halloween cupcakes
I combined a couple of ideas I got off the internet to make these spooky Halloween cupcakes: I made chocolate cupcakes (but any kind of cupcake will do), then I pushed in a half cat's tongue cookie I had decorated with the chocolate icing pen and sprinkled crushed Oreo cookies to make it look like dirt. Enjoy!
