My daughter wanted a small bag to put her stuff in. We came up with this:
You Will Need

Step 1Fabric

Step 2two strips about 2 inches thick. Iron them for more support.

Step 3sew the bigger piece so that 3 sides are sewed together, leaving and opening to add the straps and later on your stuff.
ps: make sure you sew it inside out so that it looks good. -
Step 4Add the strips to the edge of both sides.

Step 5Tada! Your done...now go look cute with your new bag!

Step 6Heres what it looks like on your shoulder.

Step 7Now go and make one. It will only take you 30 minutes or less.
