Totally awesome shoes
4 years ago I bought these cute black and white polka dot shoes which I loved. Unfortunately they didn't look as great after a few years so I jazzed them up a bit.
You Will Need

Step 1
Get shoes.

Step 2
Figure out a game plan and get materials.

Step 3
Paint the shoe if needed.
Wait for it to dry, then draw.
