Step 1Step 1. You should make different types of grey color and have black and white color.

Step 2. Make 2 diagonal lines to form the street, then draw people between the 2 lines because they're walking in the street

Step 3. Paint the sky white, then grey and finally white trying to copy the painting

Step 4. Paint also the street with a thin brush like in the picture
