Based on How To Make A Tutu by ambrosialove
so this is what happend when I made a tutu. instead of using tule i used netting(mostly because it was half the price) so it is a bit stiffer more scratchy then tule would be. I am really happy with how it turned out. now i just need to decide where I am going to wear it.
