Its real easy.

Step 1
first file your nails and add a base coat :)

Second paint your nails the hot pink colour
And let it dry completely.

Step 3
Then take your black nail polish or if you have one of those nail polish drawing pen things then that will work awesome
and draw a line from one side to the other on your nail
allow it to dry then add another coat of clear shiny nail polish to make it look prettyyy :)
