You Will Need

Step 1
Apply a dab of eyeshadow primer to your eyelid of choice.

Step 2
Use the Eyeliner pencil and draw the basic shape of your bow.

Step 3
Start coloring in your bow with you eye shadow of choice.

Step 4
After that. draw the fold into the eye shadow of choice. blend into the eye shadow to give it that 3d-ish look and add jewelry and other makeup need to make it your own and that's it.
