yummy, spicy, sugary, gingy cookies :3
These are my absolute favorite cookies, or one of them, and they are ones that I am so known for. My family loves them and sometimes hates when I make them. my cousin calls them cookie crack because he can't stop eating them once he's started. They just exude holiday with all the yummy spices. I hope some people make them.

once you have a cookie dough together form balls out of the dough and then roll them in that other 3/4 cup of sugar before placing them on the cookie sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes.

*I use a mixture of plain ol' white sugar and raw sugar for the texture

Oh dang well it's 350, sorry about that. And they are usually a little puffed when they come out and deflate as they cool down.

So I just made these, and they're very tasty, but not very flat. Also, you didn't say the cooking temp!
