Step 1
Into a cup, popsicle mold or tin pour gin, seltzer, ale, lime juice and cucumber water. Dissolve sugar then layer mint leaves and cucumber. If not using a mold, cover with foil and insert popsicle stick or metal spoon. Place in freezer. The mixture will likely need at least 12 hours to solidify. To remove pop, submerge cup in warm water for 15-20 seconds then lift straight out.
