You Will Need

Step 1Start with your eye completely bare. No primer,shadow,base. Zip.

Step 2I used liquid black liner since it gives off a more elegant look than a pencil liner. Start in the middle of the lashes.
Wiggle the tip along the base of your lashes and create a dramatic curve upwards. -
Step 3Now you should have the basic outline. Take a black pencil liner and go over any spots that dont look dark enough.

Step 4
Then we want to fil in the gap from tear duct to where the liner starts.

Step 5Add a touch of pencil liner to the waterline. Only going about halfway in and makiing the line narrower as you get closer.

Step 6Mascara,And you're done! :D
how do you get the liquid eyeliner to look so perfect? mine always messes up ;S
