You Will Need
-
Step 1
get an old skirt
-
Step 2start tearing off the end...
give it a bad-girl-cowgirl-i-don't-give-a-damn look... -
Step 3draw on it and paint on it...
use the color of your choice..
you can draw shapes, skulls etc.. anything you want.. -
Step 4let it dry over night..
and viola!!! show it off...!!!
