  Step 1

  So, you will need: an old or new T-shirt, scotch tape, and scissors.

• 

  Step 2

  Lay the T-shirt on a flat surface and cut the neckline and the sleeves. If you don't want to cut those parts, then just skip this step.

  Step 3

  Also, cut the bottom part of the T-shirt.

• 

  Step 4

  Decide how long you want your fringe to be. And then use the scotch tape as your guide so you won't over-cut. Stick it on the top part where your cutting must end.

  Step 5

  Cut the both sides of the T-shirts.

• 

  Step 6

  Now, cut the bottom part into four sections. So that it would be easy for you to cut it into smaller pieces or lines.

• 

  Step 7

  You can now start cutting the bottom part into thinner lines or pieces. After that, you can now wear your fringe T-shirt.
