Starring a folding foot ruler!
I took off the first an last section of the tape measure so the sections were all the same size, you need 10 equale sections. Folded it in a star shape and pop riveted the ends together and glued at each point. This one was metal but wooden ones are found anywhere. If you find one at a garage sale make sure it has 10 sections.
