• 

  Step 1

  First, get your supplies together!
  1. A hat
  2. Fake flowers in your choice of colors
  3. Wire, thick and thin
  4. Wire cutters

  Step 2

  Wrap your thick wire around the base of your hat to measure the size it should be. Wrap it around about three times.

• 

  Step 3

  Secure it with the thin sire.

• 

  Step 4

  Here's what it will look like.

• 

  Step 5

  Use your wire cutters to cut the flowers from their stems. Leave a few inches of plastic stem on each little flower bunch.

• 

  Step 6

  Arrange the flowers around your wire circle in a way you like.

• 

  Step 7

  Using your thin wire, start attaching the flower bunches to your wire circle. Do this by wrapping the thin wire around them both.

  Step 9

  Keep doing this until the whole circle is covered.

• 

  Step 10

  Now put it on your hat and wear it!
