You Will Need

Step 1First clean out your container and half fill it with rice.

Step 2Draw your fish template on a piece of paper, use it to cut to identical pieces of fish shaped felt.

Step 3Sow the pieces together using a whip stitch around the edge.

Step 4Once you get about 3/4 finished start stuffing it with old scrap fabric. Place your container in and finish stuffing fabric around it until it's nice and plush. Then finish sowing it together continuing with the whip stitch.

Step 5Just make sure you keep an eye on all your cat's toys, make sure you repair and holes or loose threads.
