Photo blocks
I made these blocks as a wedding present. This project was a bit time consuming but I really liked the outcome!

They are simple to make. Each block costs about a dollar and you can find them at any craft stores in the wood section. Print out your pictures and use to Mod Podge to glue them on. I used scrap booking paper for the sides without pictures. I think they look best with four pictures on each side and then paper for the top and bottom. When you are done with all the glueing I put a top coat on the pictures and then with a sharpie made a border around the edges. You can also spell out words with them. I used 21- 1 inch blocks to create a pyramid.

Be careful when you are glueing the pictures. Make sure they are dry before you touch them! I did one picture on one block and then switched to a new block and did one picture and so on. Once you start working on the second pictures the first block will be dry enough to touch. You don't want fingerprints in the glue!
