easy meal,healty,a recipe for eating cauliflower.
Firstly,u need to boil cauliflower with water,and salt.Then in another cooker,you should melt some butter,and add 3 tablespoons flour.And then when it smells,add 1,5 cup of milk.It'll be like cream.
Then u need to put cauliflowers in a baking tray.Then add the sauce on it.And the final part is to add 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Then oven it 180 degrees,30-40 min.!!
