Based on Dress Into Skirt by HollyPolly
I had this old dress from my sister and I loved the fabric, but it was too big for me. So I got inspired to make it into a skirt. It was pretty simple and easy, just cut it and put an elastic in.
It was also good that I made it because had a work Christmas party and the theme was red, so I wore this outfit :)
