  Step 1

  take a button

•

  now cut a cardboard of eye shape

  paste the button on cardboard and wrap with tin or aluminium foil

  now mark the boundaries for center of eyes

  Step 5

  cover rest of the part with glitter glue

• 

  Step 6

  make a loop at the back and let the chain through it
