Step 1The instructions for the boots are in a different posting. They are included in the Goku Costume tutorial.
I have embellished them with ribbon to give them an authentic look.

Step 2The sensu bean bag is easy to make with a square of fabric.
Join the inside seams and then turn the top raw edge in and stitch a channel for the draw string.
Sew a piece of ribbon or fabric together and feed it through the channel. Tie or sew the ends together and fill with sensu beans.

Step 3The wrist bands are made with a strip of fabric folded and hemmed.
Add a piece of Velcro to the ends.
