Step 1Collect up Materials.

Step 2Cut out a small rectangle.

Step 3Take a rubber and twist. As shown in the photo.

Step 4Pull half of one loop through the other. Don't pull to tight.

Step 5Push The piece of felt into one of the loops in the rubber band. Then pull tight.

Step 6And now you have a little bow for your woggie dog.

Step 7You can also use the bows For your hair. When you tie it up just slip the bow over your hair band.
