You Will Need

Step 1
Measure 1 inch above the waist on the strapless dress and cut off the top portion of the dress.

Step 2
On the skirt section of the dress, fold the 1 inch inward and iron. Then secure it with pins and sew around the skirt making sure not to hide the zippers at the ends.
Then you have a high waist skirt from a strapless dress in a beautiful blue and white porcelain inspired floral print!
