    Step 1

Here is a stencil I used that you can print out:) Cut out the stencil and fold it in half.

  • Step 2

Get your black felt and fold it in half, Then With your scissors vut out the shape of your Peter-Pan necklace.

  • Step 3

Next, get your tacky glue. and glue the front of your necklace.

  • Step 4

Noww place your beads on. I had gotten an assortment of Pearls and glued them on.

  • Step 5

Now I put a thin layer of glue on top, this is not mandatory but it helps them stay in place, and the glue dries clear.

  • Step 6

    Wait to dry.

  • Step 7

Now, after the Glue has dried cut two long even pieces of black ribbon. you can cut exess strieng when you finish it and tie it around your neck:)

  • Step 8

Then, Turn your peter-pan necklace over and on each pointy end glue it.then place the even pieces of ribbon on.

  • Step 9

    Let Dry!

  • Step 10

Now you have a cute Piece of Jewlery! You can make a simple shirt into something EXTRAVAGENT!
