• Step 1

  In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup. Let cool, then pour into a pitcher.

• 

  Step 2

  Stir in lemon juice and vodka.

• Step 3

  Serve over and ice and top with club soda.

that's nice...but this is not Limoncello ;)
Real Limoncello is done with pure alcohol, sugar and lemon peel...and it takes more than a week to make it

yum!!! i'll have to see if i have any club soda in the fridge... i def. know i have the vodka! =P mmm. i have raspberry and vanilla flavored vodkas... i bet the raspberry one would add an extra zing... =) hope you're having a CRAFT-astic week!

my aunt makes it with pure alcohol instead of vodka, but this is a cool variation, I should try!
