• 

  Step 1

  Cut organza ribbon
  Cut out an oval felt which is a little larger than the applique; stick applique on the felt. Fold organza ribbon in half; shear it according to the fold line.

  Step 2

  String organza ribbon
  Sew a running stitch along one side of an organza ribbon. String the thread and compare with the felt to measure the length needed and knot. Repeat to string the other organza ribbon.

  Step 3

  Stick organza ribbons
  Overlap both organza ribbons; glue them along the edge of the felt's wrong side. Hot glue the round space left by the ribbon embellishment.

  Step 4

  Embellish the hair hoop
  Cut out a round felt; glue it to cover the round space. Wrap a hair hoop with satin ribbon to embellish it.

  Step 5

  Stick hair hoop
  When you wrap the hair hoop to the end, glue both ends as the picture shows. Stick the felt on appropriate place of hair hoop. Make a simple bowknot with satin ribbon and secure it with a string.

  Step 6

  Embellish the bow
  Cut a short strip of satin ribbon; make a knot at the middle of it. Tie it around the middle of the bow, glue both ends.

  Step 7

  Glue the bow on the felt. Take some beads and glue them on the applique as decorations.
