You Will Need

Step 1Start with a clean vase and add cut up pieces of tissue paper using Mod Podge.

Step 2I had these metallic streamers nearby when I was working on this so I added a few.

Step 3Add glitter! I used large glitter.

Step 4When the glitter is dry, add more Mod Podge to seal everything.

Step 5I made a few of these and LOVE THEM!
