Step 1
These are the materials you need for this project.
Step 2
These are the important measurements. You will be using this same technique for your own size
Step 3

Don't cut the bottom straightly, draw almost a round shape on the bottom.
This is how the whole piece looks like after drawing down my measurements.
Step 4
Cut according to the outlines.
Step 5
Take a long piece of elastic according to the size of your chests circumference.
Cut it in half.
Step 6
Place it where you want. I'm placing it on the upper chest area.
Keep the elastic stretched as you sew it. This helps you to get perfect folds for your dress
Step 7
This is how it looks from the front and back after attaching the elastic.
Step 8
Do the same with the other piece. Then join the shoulders and sides together.
