who doesn't love glitter?
apply shimmery eyeshadow (greyish in color works well with all glitter colors) as usual
apply liquid glitter eyeliner as a base- from lid to just above crease
apply glitter- add as much or as little as you like!
apply eyelashes
apply lashes
voila! sparkly sparkleson!

Love it--but I reccommend sticking the actual glitter to the eye with eyelash glue, unless you're using makeup-grade glitter.
