My little sister wanted some devil horns for Halloween so I made her these
How to make them:
-Cut two rectangles out of the red fabric and sew the shape of the horns on it.
-Cut off the excess material and turn them in the right way.
-Fold the tulle into triangles and stuff it into the horns.
-Hand sew the horns onto the clips and add the bows.
