• Step 1

  Primer all of the eyelid and leave to dry before applying any eyeshadow.

• Step 2

  Now take black eyeliner pencil and apply up to the crease of the eyelid.Then blend with blending brush to remove any harsh lines.

• Step 3

  Take purple eyeshadow and apply in stripes as shown in the picture with flat eyeshadow brush.Sometimes it can be best to dampen eyeshadow brush with some water or if u have it mixing medium before loading it with eyeshadow. So when applying eyeshadow on top of it, it sticks.

• Step 4

  Go over purple stripe with loose purple eyeshadow or purple glitter then do the same with the black stripes. Highlight under brow bone with white eyeshadow.

• Step 5

  Finally line waterline and lower lash line with black eyeliner. You could also dab some purple eyeshadow on top of the liner on lower lash line if you wish. Coat lashes twice with mascara or apply false lashes and hey presto its done.

Hey Katelyn of course you can use foundation but always make sure you put on a cream shadow or the eyeliners before powders as it helps the powder to stick properly and last longer, technically primers are gd to use so the eye area doesnt age before it should but most of the time i dont use a primer i sometimes use my concelear or foundations instead hope this helped
