a ring that dosent slip off super cute
This is another lolita inspired work. Totallly original ring from a 100x 100 icon super fun and cute.

heres your how-to but i must ask you NOT TO SELL THESE for i do, haha

  • Step 1

    print out your icon or picture! high quality photopaper works best, but normal paper is okay i guess.

    a good place for anime and real life icons is digik.net =D

  • Step 2

    cut out your icon or picture! simple enough.

  • Step 3

    lay the icon on wax paper or something else nonstick, then cover entirely with either hot glue or paint with resin do not worry about ofer flowing with hot glue

    also no pics for this step sorry D:

  • Step 4

    leave your icon to cool and go ahead and make the fitted ring part

    you do this by wrapping a ribon around your finger and taping it, mark the spot and cut, then glue together and let dry pretty simple but takes a minute, trust me

  • Step 5

    if you used hot glue and your icon is not dry by now, you can use an icecube (flat on one side) and cool it for a second

    once your icon is cool peel off wax paper =D

    if you have eccess hot glue simply cut off with scissors =D

    now cut yourself a 4 inch piece of lace, ribbon, whatever

    this part is kind of tricky to explain for such a simple thing.

    glue and pleat the lace around the icon when you start it should be like this

    inspect when your finished pleating it should look something like this.

    then cut a piece of lace the length and width of the icon. glue it to the back so it looks like this =D

    glue the ring componet to the icon back so that it lines up the way you'd like it to look

    and viola! new icon ring for your beautiful hand enjoy!!
