cute cuff bracelet our of scraps
this is super easy and made totaly from scraps actually it goes to my nightmare b4 x-mas shirt i cropped up and ill post that one too! this lil bat was just to cute! and the velvet was a random scrap in the bottom of my fabric tote my baby so lovingly pointed out but turning the tote upside down. :)

Step 1
so start with a crap of fabric the length of your wrist or longer depending on how you finish this off. i put in two snaps, so i needed about an extra inch just enough to overlap with the snaps. and about 2-3 in wide
you can also poke holes in it and lace it up corset style. or put two eyelets in it and ribbon tie it together, or whatever the list goes on.

i used t-shirt material so i didn't hem it if you didn't i would hem it up.
Step 2
now cut another peice that twice as long as the first. i used velvet so i didnt hem. if you want use lace or use a strip of fabric and fold over n put your gather stitch in the top. then just scruch it up till its the length of your first peice.
Step 3
not just turn wrong side out and sew your frilly edge on. cake!
Step 4
last just add your closures mine look like so
